Pulse Club brings sauna and ice bath culture into everyday life. An inclusive, affordable way to support your wellbeing. Whether you’re here to recharge, reset, or just take a break, it’s about making contrast therapy a simple and enjoyable part of your weekly routine.
Our spaces are designed to feel relaxed, social and easy-going. Somewhere you can show up just as you are. With friendly people and no pressure to ‘perform wellness’, it’s all about feeling comfortable while you do something good for yourself.
At the heart of Pulse Club is community. We believe wellbeing is better when it’s shared. We’ve created a space where connection happens naturally through the shared experience of heat and cold
A traditional sauna with space for up to 25 people and four crystal clear cold plunges chilled to various temperatures between 4 – 10 degrees
Contrast therapy is the simple practice of moving between hot and cold, in our case, the sauna and cold plunges. This switch between temperatures helps your body recover, boosts circulation, and gives your mind a reset.
It’s an ancient ritual with modern benefits, and one of the most enjoyable ways to support everyday wellbeing.
Regular contrast therapy sessions can ease muscle tension, improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance your sleep and mood.
The heat of the sauna relaxes the body, increases circulation and triggers the release of endorphins. The cold immersion then rapidly constricts blood vessels, invigorating the cardiovascular system and sharpening mental clarity. Together, the hot–cold cycle leaves you feeling calm, clear, and fully recharged.
Saunas create controlled heat stress that raises your core temperature, increases heart rate, and dilates blood vessels. This boosts circulation, supports cardiovascular health, relaxes muscles, and stimulates the release of endorphins — the body’s natural pain relievers. Regular heat exposure also helps lower inflammation and improves your ability to unwind, setting the foundation for deeper recovery.
When you pair this with cold water plunges, the science gets even more interesting. The sudden temperature drop causes your blood vessels to constrict, rapidly redirecting blood flow and flushing out metabolic waste. This contrast between heat and cold trains your vascular system like a workout, enhancing circulation, resilience, and your body’s ability to adapt to stress.
Cold exposure also triggers a powerful response in the brain: a surge in dopamine and other neurotransmitters that elevate mood, sharpen focus, and boost motivation for hours afterwards. Combined, the hot–cold cycle delivers both physiological and neurological benefits. It’s a small challenge for big rewards.
