BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Do I need to book in advance?

Just bring your swimsuit. We’ll provide towels, and you’ll have access to lockers to store your things.
How long does a session last?
Sessions run for 55 minutes, allowing time to comfortably complete 2–3 rounds of sauna and cold plunge.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to come alone or with friends — whatever suits you.
During Your Session
What’s the ideal order — sauna or ice first?
Most people start with the sauna, followed by cold, and repeat. That said, it’s personal — listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
How cold are the ice baths?
We offer a range of temperatures. Two ice baths are set between 4–5°C, and two between 8–10°C. Some sessions may be slightly colder or warmer, depending on the experience.
How hot are the saunas?
Sauna temperatures usually sit between 80–90°C, with selected sessions running a little hotter for those who want more intensity.
Do I have to go in the ice bath?
Not at all. Contrast therapy is about listening to your body — the cold is always optional.
Is it guided or self-led?
Most of our sessions are self-led, but our team is available throughout the session to offer advice, tips, or reassurance if needed. We do also offer guided sessions
Health & Safety
Is contrast therapy safe for everyone?
Contrast therapy is safe for most people, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before your visit.
Will I be supervised?
Yes. Our team will be on-site throughout your session to ensure the space is safe and to offer support if needed.
Can I come if I’m new to cold exposure?
Absolutely. We are open and welcoming to everybody and our team is always on hand to offer guidance and support.
